Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Fees

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 60 days before departure: 30%,

Up to 30 days before departure: 100%.

If the stay is terminated prematurely, the full agreed price must be paid.

Unless otherwise stated, guests must vacate their rooms before noon on the last day of the booking.

Failure to do so will result in an additional night's stay being charged.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

The place of jurisdiction is Southern Leyte, Philippines.

The booking confirmation is considered accepted if it is not canceled in writing within 5 days of receipt.

Any costs incurred, such as bookings, meals and drinks consumed, and booked services such as marine park fees, diving, any excursions, etc., are paid on site.

Payments can be made in:

Cash (PHP)

Or in euros or dollars at the Pintuyan exchange rate.

Or by credit card plus 5%.

Or via PayPal from a friend or family member.
