Reservation & Cancellation Policy

 

Down Payment

A 50% down payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

60 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the down payment.

45 days before check-in: 50% refund of the down payment.

15 days or less before check-in: No refund.

 

Please ensure that your travel dates are final and double checked before confirming your reservation.

The booking confirmation is considered accepted if it is not canceled in writing within 5 days of receipt.

Any costs incurred, such as bookings, meals and drinks consumed, and booked services such as marine park fees, diving, any excursions, etc., are paid on site.

 

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

The place of jurisdiction is Southern Leyte, Philippines.

Cash (PHP)

Or in euros or dollars at the Pintuyan exchange rate.

Or by credit card plus 5%.

Or via PayPal from a friend or family member.
