House Rules and Regulation

1.  Check In time - 2PM; Check out time 11AM

2.  Guests who exceed the CHECKOUT DEADLINE of one (1) hour after the check-out time, PHP 500

3.  Guests who exceed more than THREE (3) hours after the check-out time will be charged 50% of the corresponding occupied rooms.

4.  Upon departure, guests are required to pay all of billing of the Resort and return the Room Key.

5.  Resort property damages due to negligence or lost/stolen items shall be chargeable to Customers.

6.  We have a safe for your valuables in our resort

7.  Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM

8.  Our Kitchen is open from 6:30AM to 8:30PM

9.  Our Restaurant is open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM / Exceptions for events

10.  Our Resort is nonsmoking friendly. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area.

11.  Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days. If you want to replace the towel earlier, please place it on the bathroom floor.

12.  Laundry service. All bungalows have a laundry basket. Please place the clothes to be washed in the laundry basket. This service is subject to a charge.

13.  The swimming pool is only for booked guests.

14.  Swimming pool operation time is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please make sure to take shower first before using the pool. We have open shower near the entrance of the gate coming from the beach

and right beside the pool.

15.  Proper attire for swimming is required. Kids must be attended by parents or adult companion. Owner will not be liable for any untoward incident if left unattended.

16.  The beach is only open to everyone from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Do not swim alone, always bring someone with you. Swimming is not advisable when the waves are high. Children swimming on the beach must be accompanied by an adult or parent. The owner is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents if they are left unattended. Bringing in food and Drinks inside the Resort is not allowed.

17.  The owner has the right to decline or send off customers that will not agree with the resort rules and regulations.

18.  Swimming at the beach is allowed until 6pm. This is an ordinance of our Province. But staying and chilling at the beach front has no time limit provided we limit the noise after 10pm as part of the barangay ordinance.

19.  PLEASE TURN OFF air conditioning, lights and electric fan when not in use. Electric cost in Pintuyan is almost double vs Metro Manila's. This is also to protect and support our drive on energy savings and protecting our Mother Earth for so much carbon emission.

20.  Music equipment, blue tooth speakers are allowed until 10pm only. This is in compliance with our barangay ordinance and country wide policy.

21.  Please respect that our (relaxation) chairs, tables, etc. are not to be carried on the beach.

22.  We do not allow animals (dogs, cats) etc. to be brought into the rooms.

23.  Please maintain CLEANLINESS & SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES. Please secure your belongings
